Art of Recovery Art Submission Form
We would love your participation in Southeast, Inc.'s Art of Recovery to be held on the evening of November 5, 2010 at our fabulous new location M/I Homes Design Center in the heart of Easton Town Center. Last year, 500 guests attended the event with 100 pieces of original art in the live and silent art auctions, entertainment and fabulous food and drink.
The Art of Recovery benefits The Fresh A.I.R. Gallery which creates a venue for public display of work by artists affected by mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Gallery exhibits feature the struggles and courage of the artists, combat stigma and address social issues. Southeast, Inc. has created the Gallery solely for the benefit of the artist and does not accept commission from the sale of artwork.
To show our appreciation, for each donation of original art you will receive:
- 2 tickets to the event on November 5, 2010 - 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Your artwork displayed 10 days prior to the event at M/I Homes Design Center at Easton
- Promotional cards, for our guests to take, displayed with your art at event
- A biography listing displayed with your art
- Your name and website highlighted on Southeast's website
- Promotion in the event invitation
Early Bird Form Due by June 1, 2010 to be included in the $500 raffle. Form due by August 1, 2010 to be listed in the event invitation and inclusion in the $250.00 raffle. Art due by October 1, 2010 to Fresh A.I.R. Gallery to be juried for the silent and live auction, inclusion in $250.00 raffle and early display at event location.
Art will be juried by a distinguished panel of art experts who will select pieces for the silent and live auctions.
Only one piece of art will be accepted per artist.
